On the 1913 atlas, the plot of land 102 is located on is part of Mary Hutchinson's estate of 100 Llandaff Road. Its first owners were the Swartz family by 1919.

Julius, Sr. died in 1961. His wife lived there at least as late as 1962. By 1974, the Griffith family was living there, and they sold to the Arrigales in 1984 for $82,000. The following year, they demolished the original garage that was located on the property. It was sold again in 2013 for $335,000.
